Alan Hardy - Director

Alan Hardy - Director Hardy Partnership Dublin

 

Alan has over 30 years’ experience working in the construction sector and founded Hardy Partnership back in 2001. Over the years he has worked with both public and commercial Clients across all sectors. Alan is a qualified PM and QS and is also a qualified arbitrator. In addition to this Alan also specialises in the cost control on Mechanical and Electrical services. Alan is an active member of the SCSI having served as honorary treasurer for two terms. Alan was involved in the development of the Agreed Rules of Measurement supplement 2, which sets out the rules of measurement for Mechanical and Electrical services. A large element of the companies business is from repeat Clients, this is a testament to the relationships that Alan has fostered in the business over the past 22 years.

Mark Coady - Director

Mark Coady - Director Hardy Partnership Dublin

 

Mark has over 30 years’ experience working in the Construction industry in both Ireland and overseas.  He has experience in the procurement and delivery of commercial and publicly funded projects across a number of geographic locations. Mark is an active member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors and currently holds the role of honorary treasurer. He is experienced in the delivery of all aspects of Cost Control from initial feasibility through to completion. Mark has worked with all major public bodies as well as numerous blue-chip companies. He always takes a considered and methodical approach to commercial and contractual issues for both clients and state bodies.
